Dennis Ouellette, Managing Partner of Spear Builders of Charleston, LLC has a long history of success in the residential construction industry. While earning his degree in Construction Science and Management from Western Michigan University, he worked as a carpenter framing houses to help pay his way through school. Over the next 15 years, his career path took him from Chicago to Michigan and Virginia, all the while working for two of the top 10 national builders. Starting as a site Superintendent he quickly rose through the ranks to most recently become Vice President of Operations for Del Webb Communities of Virginia. During these years he learned the value of building quality homes, on time and under budget while at the same time providing a high degree of customer delight with the process. With a strong desire to return to his passion of building high quality, efficient custom homes, Dennis joined forces with Dan Spear and Debbie Hawkins to create Spear Builders of Charleston, LLC. They share the vision of providing the ultimate building experience by relying on their vast industry knowledge to guide their customers in creating a highly personalized home within the established budget.
